Where your inquiry information is stored
When you submit a form on this website, your inquiry is stored in this website's private database, and a copy is sent to us by email notification. If you ask us to delete an inquiry, we delete the record from the website database. Deleting that record does not automatically delete copies that were already delivered by email, and deleted information may remain in temporary system backups for a limited period before it is fully removed.
How long we keep your information
The forms on this website are for initial inquiries and consultation requests only. We do not accept completed mortgage applications through this website.
If you do not become a client, we delete your inquiry information when it is no longer needed, subject to any legal recordkeeping requirements that apply to our business.
If you become a mortgage client, we retain your loan file for at least three years after your loan closes, or longer when required by law.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to deliver the services you ask for — for example with lenders, escrow and title companies, or service providers that operate this website — and when required by law or regulation.
Communications
By submitting a form or texting us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us directly.
